Now you've mentioned it, I can't remember ever getting a default notice, but it was a long time ago. I'll get cracking on this lot. Thanks for all your help so far, your a star!

I've had two appearances (on a totally different matter) and, so far, no decision, and when I get my decision, it won't even be the final one yet. :mmph:


You can do that by post, phone and/or email, depending on how much time you've got. As it's the end of the week today, an email followed by a phone call if they don't reply may be best at this point. You need to tell the solicitors that you need the documents to prepare your defence and, as they haven't supplied them, would they kindly agree to a 28 day extension to file your defence, as allowed under CPR 15.5.
