I had a debt go to court (I missed to boat on this one), only for £50 and is now at £119.61, after already paying £30 in two instalments. I have been late in paying this month and they have sent out a letter saying they are about to issue a Warrant of Control against me, which will incur additional fees and costs which will be added to the amount I already owe. Unless I pay the amount of the Warrant the Court Bailiff will call at my address with a view to taking control of goods belonging to me. Then some more thereats of taking my goods etc. If I want to avoid this I have to take immediate action and contact their instructing agents to make a payment or reach an agreement. This is from Aplins, and the 'agents' are DLC. I have gone online and made an immediate payment of £15, the late instalment. Should I still contact them? There is only a telephone number.

Re: Warrant of control?
According to their website (http://www.dlcuk.com/contact-us/), DLC's address is: dlc, Buckingham Road, Brackley, NN13 7DN - it's best to keep everything in writing if at all possible :tinysmile_twink_t2:

Re: Warrant of control?
I have sent both DLC and Aplins an email, (I am unable to write a letter currently, due to lack of software, yes I have tried to install, but this computer will not allow it, I hate modern technology). I have apologised for late payment, informed them I have send a £15 payment today and informed them that I am in a position to pay off the remaining amount at the end of the month. Will this keep them off my back?
