Ulster Bank is still part of RBS group. It's one of the biggest drains on the company because of its property portfolio. However, all legal sovereignty in Dublins.
Having had the joy of attending a civil court and high court in the Republic I would imagine the County town Court where the house is located will be dealing with any repo?

Cabbot are Dublin based

Most of our Collector friends will have offices across there.

Check your household insurance policy should have legal cover... If you phone the relevant number on the policy a nice solicitor should iron this out :beagle2222:

They can change the locks if they use the law of property act 1925
