    Please Help!!

Couple of years back i incured a HMCTS fine of approx £700 relating to a road traffic offence.. i payed moist of it off with a payment plan but recently i became unemployed this year and i had some of this fine taken out of my Job Seekers.. a few months later i found myself a new job and i came off JSA and i forgot to sort out the rest of the fine with the HMCTS. They didn't send me a letter or phone to remind me.

Couple of weeks ago i get this letter.. [Attached]

The debt it now approx £200, they've wacked on £75 and now it's ~£300.

I'm not in a position to pay all that in one go

If they pay me a visit the fees will be HUGE and it won't be long before i'm back to the original £700 in debt amount

    What can i do>?
