Letter from Santander & Hoist portfolio Holding 2 Ltd ??

Hi, need some advice please, I received this letter this morning from Santander. To cut long story short, 3 years ago we asked Santander for an explanation about the PPI as we believe they miscalculated so we passed on to FOS & it was sorted although we didn't hear from Santander for nearly 2 years. Do I have to write to Robinson Way? I have attached the two letter that were sent to me, many thanks
