Just trying to buy some time really, and under the strawman order, I am perfectly within my rights to send back addressee unknown. Stepchange will be my next steps. I was just interested to see if ANYONE had heard of, or dealt with these people before, they are a DCA, the same as any other, but I cant find anything on them that gives me any clues as to what kind of company they are like.

Honstly, dont beleive anything you read about being a strawman its a FOTL rubbish... I know it sounds good, but honestly.. the stepchange advice is the best , like the others say
