Hi since i moved house two years ago ive been haressed by debt agencies. It apears that someone with the same name has a bad debt(s) and the post office redirect service has sold my details.
The net result is my credit rating has hit rock bottom and Experian refuse to correct the mistakes as the banks dont accecpt that there is a mistake.So my credit report shows loads of accounts that are not mine, a list of past addresses in a part on the country i've never lived in and an extra wife!
Help i want a one stop solution that makes experian accept the word of the little man rather than the banks.
Also i would like to know who made the false conection, is there a case worth persueing re dater protection, and if i have to write loads of letters to prove who i am can i claim costs? As banks are quick to charge for letters.
