    credit agreement

    so capquest bought a shop direct account so i sent them a cca request and below is what they have sent me back all be it after the 12 days of requesting the ca.can anyone tell me if this ca is enforceable none are sighned i have just blocked my name and address they have printed on them.i also sar shop direct and these credit agreements were not included in the data they sent back to me.
