Lowell again

I've been getting letters from lowell about an 02 debt from 2011. so I sent them a cca request letter but they sent me a letter back stating that a mobile phone contract doesn't need for them to provide me with a cca. They will however be sending me statements from the account and them after tat be sending me more letters demanding payment.

just seems I am getting no where with this. What should I do now ?.

A CCA request wouldn't apply to a mobile contract as it's not a credit agreement.

just seems I am getting no where with this. What should I do now ?.

Have you got any grounds to dispute this debt or the amounts they are claiming you owe?
