Hello there,

I would like to know if possible , watt can I do against a Debt Solution company.
The problem is, they are taking money from my master card already twice, even me told them i cancel the plan.

How did you cancel the plan? Was it in writing?

No i did call the debt solution company, and cancel, they did agree, and today again they take more money. They did send me a contract, witch i never sign or post back.

I have asked site team to give you a thread of your own on this issue. You need to write to them and specifically state that you withdraw your authority for them to debit your credit card. I think they are using a repetitive payment method.
