DCAs always ask you to phone them, but why should you?

unfortunately i think i might have gone a step too far ms de tute in her claims that they are a good honest hard working company, at that point i was crying with laughter as i think she is either so naive and brainwashed or just so thick skinned she could reenter the earths atmosphere without burning up

You'd have to be to be working for such an outfit.

honestly for a head of LEGAL compliance she sure does not understand that im not a soft target and wont be letting their admin error slide in any way i can fight it

Sounds like they make up titles just like they may up everything else, such as phantom payments...
