Hi,
Can anyone advise me what to do about this company who are harassing me on my mobile? I know they're a debt collection agency, but I have never, never had any unpaid debts.

They're refusing to tell me what the issue is because I won't confirm my address, but why should I confirm my address to some random stranger on the phone? Don't know how they've got my mob no., and haven't had any letters to the house.

Any suggestions? Many thanks.

Could be a recycled mobile number. If they do not ask for you by name then just ignore.

Make up an address to them they'll leave you alone then. They won't stop calling until they have an answer one way or another.

They won't settle for just an address. They will want a date of birth and full address details. Just tell them to feck off or else answer and set the phone down and do something else
