    CCA response from Next, DCA = Debt Managers Ltd

    Hi All

    I recently sent CCA letters to my creditors. I have had a response from Next Directory and this debt is currently being dealt with by Debt Managers Ltd, I've attached the document.

    I'm not sure what to do next, any help appreciated?

    I have two questions to start with.

    1) Do you recall when (year) you opened this account?

    2) Do you recall if you signed a credit agreement when you opened this acc? did you open it online etc?

      Hi, my credit file shows the account was opened on 25/11/2002. It was defaulted in 02/10/2009. At this stage I hadn't defaulted, they decided that my credit rating was too low to keep my account open and they promptly closed it even though I never missed a payment.

      I think the account was opened online but it was some time ago.
