  • Got a reply from dca, can i have some advice please

Situation is.... I am being chased for a debt which I believe is now SB although can't be 100% sure at this time until I receive my SAR back from my old bank, I have copied the template letter stating that the debt is SB & have today received a reply from them stating ' All your comments have been noted, to help us resolve this matter please confirm your connection with ...... Road, which was my previous address where the debt was originally from.
Is it wise to reply with the details that I lived there & I am Mr .... or ignore the letter & let them work it out, any advice would be very helpful?

Your not obliged to reply to them or answer any of there questions, particularly if youve sent an SAR. Youve stated your position, it's up to them if they want to write again.
