  • A problem with lowell fredricksons

Hello all would seem I have a favour of general information to ask I did post my question on another debt board but was advised the owner here is a specialist at deling with the leeds lot, bear in mind i live just outside leeds

It seems lowell have bought all my debts

I recently received a letter from them saying as they have searched my credit file they think I'm now in a position to pay, which i might be but as they are all certainly statute barred ,and from what i have read they are absolute scum i won't be giving them the steam off my erm

    ie

    I have made no contact
    I have made no payments
the debts relate to 2005 -2006 at the latest
no one has recorded a CCJ and these debts have done more miles than the starship enterprise between the DCA's

All credit reference searches are clean in fact even the duplicate ones lowell had put on as extras 2 years after the original creditors have dropped off

I have read however that lowlifes even try to fake payments this concerns me somewhat as I have recentley read a thread where the onus is on me to prove i haven't made a payment,

well a usefull piece of information any payments could only have come from one account which was closed at the time by one of the major creditors so if they pull a fast one my basic bank account is the only one i have and i was wise to just ignore them when they were making threats definitely wouldnt have made any payments ,wasn't intimidated by them in my line of work

    SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Recentley I got around to cleaning my life up ,lets say

Got a letter from leeds losers ignored it TBH and i received a text initially from fredricksons daily now phonecalls doing a bit of research says brian carter will be next to threaten , have already signed up to MCOL to defend with absolute defence of statute barred

Am i just better waiting for BC to get in touch spouting his version of risk assesed what he might get away with in Northampton clearing centre, or better just telling fredricksons to go find a better pastime now and put them in the picture

I have sent no one a prove it or statute barred letter yet preferring just to pass my time being entertained by the telephone specialists who seem to think I'm crying on the other end in fear

I was advised breaking legs would land me in prison but it does seem this is the only course of action these people will understand

    thanks

    B.

Right, here's an interesting post about time barred debts:
      http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...on+Statute+CSA

In other words, they can keep asking but they won't get enforcement if they go down any legal route.
This leaves a minefield of uncertainty and harassment.

However, since this little gem of a case occurred:
      http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...rts-v-BoS-2013

I'd recommend drafting a letter stating emphatically the time barred status, then set out your requirements. Cease contact etc etc. Set out that any further contact shall put them at risk of legal proceedings for damages for harassment.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

        Hello Celestine

my thanks for your help in answering I did actually try to call the company in your SIG this morning but they are shut ,something has to be done about the lowell portfolio lot#

Should i phone Fredricksons offering them an email address they can contact as i just need them to go forth and multiply now

I spoke with experian this morning all debts fell off my CRF in 2011 so they are legless in terms of legs to stand on ,im more concerned by the deviousness of this BC chap and what stunt they will try to pull re court etc

        again many thanks

It is not up to you to prove a debt is statute barred. Its up to the Leeds Losers to prove it isn't.. They tried the Fake Payment con with me but unfortunately they said I paid it in a bank on a Sunday when I wasn't even in the country
