    I take it you signed up for an account with the tracking service, which would give you 10 free messages to send. I'm asking because if you just append .didtheyreadit.com without creating an account, the email will not reach the recipient. However, if you did create an account, you should be able to see when they open it tomorrow morning.

    Make sure you keep the letter together with their letter where they say they would accept that amount in F&F, it's important to establish that they'd agreed to the settlement. Normally you'd wait for a reply to YOUR letter but there was no time in this case.
