Hi I need help with a recent letter from Arrow Global/Restons

    Dear Sir

Notification of account transfer to new agency

We are writing to let you know that the management of your account has been transferred to Restons Solicitors Ltd

For your imformation details of the account are as follows:

Original Agreement Shop Direct - Mail order
Date Of original Agreement 27th September 2005
    Original account number REMOVED
Date of transfer to Arrow Global 13 May 2011
Outstanding amount owed to Arrow Global £403.99

    How we work
Arrow Global works with a network of specialist third parties who manage customer accounts on our behalf. We have now appointed Restons Solicitors Limited to manage your account and have passed your account details and payment history to them.

This all came to light last week when they contacted my employer asking for me. I returned the call to be told that i have not acknowledged any correspondence. they confirmed my address incorrect so that was updated. Have told them i am dealing with the account (Which im trying to find out what this is for) so they are holding my account on hold until 25/11/13 after this time " If not made contact More phone calls will be made to myself"

Where do i stand and does this fall under the cca..

Help is needed to where i go from here....

Shop Direct is normally Littlewoods. Did you have an account with them?

Hi Toady86, & welcome to Legal Beagles.

When was the last time (to the best of your knowledge) that you acknowledged the alleged debt, either by payment or in writing?
