had a bank loan (with insurance) and through ill health could not pay so i filled out insurance claim sent it (they never got it they said) so sent another same thing. Anyhoo result is i owe the £3,890 which they have sent on to a debt agency. I have others (talk about them some other time) went to citizens advice but the long shot is maybe i should declare my self insolvent. i am at my wits end. ANY IDEAS.

The first thing to do is not to panic.
Youre not the first person ion this situation and you most defiantley wont be the last either.
We will ty and help you as best as we can to resolve this for you.
Can you give us a bit detail please.
ie bank name, debt collector.
What corrrspondance have you recieved from the debt collector.
Unfortuantley I haev to shoot off now, but there are others online who will help as well.
Have a read of some of the other threads on the Debt forum, and they should reassure you that ist not as bad as it first seems.
