Charge order on home!!

Morning everyone,

Question for someone if you can help. Had a charge put on my property from Tradepro Card Services Ltd but they then changed the Company name to Compello Card Services Ltd who have now gone into liquidation. How would I stand in the court if the charge is in Tradepro Card Services name and they don't exist anymore. They wrote to say that MKDP LLP hold all rights but if the charge was made in a company that has liquidated how will this stand.

If CCS owes money, then their assets will effectively be up for grabs. If you owe money to them, then that debt/charge is an asset and may be called in, or taken over.

How far advanced is the liquidation of CCS Ltd? Who are the liquidators?

It's not clear why the charge is in the name of CCS, yet MKDP 'holds all the rights'. How does MKDP come to be involved?
