SB means Statute Barred, meaning the debt can not be enforced in court as they are out of time. They have 6 years (5 in scotland) from the time of your defaulting or last payment/acknowledgement on the debt to enforce the debt. After 6 years they are out of time and the debt is therefore Statute Barred.
