I received these letters - fredrickson/lowell one last month and bryan carter one a couple of weeks ago...
I pretty much have no idea what to do so all help is appreciated... I think I should send a section78 request?
I have two separate debts, both from about 7 years ago and this is one of them. I havent been paying much attention to them and have been just throwing the letters in the bin. One has been passed around various debt collectors, maybe about 7 or 8 different ones, and one (i think) has just been passed on from halifax (both are originally from halifax) but I'm not sure which one this is :/
It's originally a credit card debt.
