    :blah::blah::blah:

    but you said you couldn't afford it so we got a court order and now I am not keeping to that, and then he asked me what would want them to do and I said extend my mortgage and he said but that would just be putting me in more debt and the only possible solution would be for me to sell my house and buy another one. I advise him that I would in touch as after my meeting with CAB.

    . . . . I hope this is helpful to you.
    Every time you open your mouth it's helpful. Every time HSBC opens their mouth they are shooting themselves in the foot. You will need to get all this in writing. I note from your post that HSBC have said they'll send you the information you requested in writing. Maybe your letter to them should wait until you see that.

    UNLESS you have received any letter which indicates that HSBC will be applying to the court for an Eviction Warrant. I gather from your PM that you may be able to remedy the current breach of the Suspended Possession Order with the help of your fabulous sons.

    My final request is will you please stop thanking me for helping you! It's my pleasure ok?
