  • Company changing address to stall enforcement visit - is this legal?

HCEO's today told me that the defendant had moved address. It is only through the fact that their old office was shared with another that they managed to locate the new address. They are going to visit again soon at the right address, but had to ask me for authorisation before doing so (which I have now given of course).

Companies House still has the old address. The company web site still has the old address.

They've managed to save a few days before meeting the HCEO's. Do I have any grounds to complain to anyone, such as the courts, or even Companies House?
