Welcome battle rages on

Hi everybody, not been on for a while but the Welcome battle still rages on.

Has anyone had any success as all we are getting is one debt collection agency after another chasing us but we refuse to enter into agreements with them stating that Welcome are in repudiation of contract, we have also contacted Welcome stating we will only deal with them and just want the PPI refunded so we can repay the loan.

We have told the debt collection agencies and Welcome that it going to court might be for the best but nothing seems to happen until a new debt collection agency gets in touch

I have found the attached article on repudiation to be very interesting. It may be out of date, I don't know, but I suspect much of it is relevant still.
