When accepting compensation in "Full and Final Settlement", is it possible to then go back for more compensation if previously unknown matters which wpuld have affected the compensation have come to light. In this particular instance, Part 1 Compensation was accepted from the Highways Agency in respect of a Loss of Amenity as a result of increased road noise. After the claim was settled, the traffic noise is far worse than had been anticipated. Therefore more compensation is being sought. HA saying "Tough - you accepted compensation in Full and Final Settlement"
