Hi could anyone help me in anyway? 6 years ago in a state of desperation we took a secured loan with welcome finance for £24000. After calling them last Friday we have discovered to our horror that we still owe £19527 despite having repaid £22187. I am beyond the point of disbelief. Is there anything we can do with regards to the extortionate balance.

Re: Welcome Finance no end in sight
Hi Carrie and welcome to Legal Beagles.
Please have a read of what others have gone through with Welcome on this thread http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ed-loan-issues
As you read you will see what needs to be done first and that is to find out exactly where their figures come from, that will come when you send off for the SAR (Subject Access Request) info on that is all on the thread I have posted for you.
