    Re: Sent for Credit Report

    Good Morning,

Can anyone update me on the status/standing of this app. form?
I am unsure as to whether they fully complied with my cca request.

In their response letter, they have given a deadline of 17 Aug,
so I think I should respond soon.

Also, with this particular Nwide a/c, I looked through the statements
but I couldn't see any PPI. However there are late charges and interest.

    Regards.

I have been looking through my papers and so far, I have not seen a Notice of Assignment letter.
I only have a Default Notice from Nwide.

Your credit report has nothing to do with the enforceability (or otherwise) of the account. :nono:

Accounts can be sold or assigned regardless of whether they are unenforceable or even statute barred, there's nothing illegal about that in itself. If the account has been sold, you should have received a notice of assignment to the new owner.

Have you received a notice of assignment letter to the new owner? :beagle:

Here is the information they sent to me. I had huge problems uploading a redacted copy so hope you can make sense of the two attachments, one a Letter from Moorcroft, and the other a copy of my application which had to be done as three separate screenprints in Word so it could be read. Hope you can see it OK!

    I welcome your response/guidance.
    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    Helpseeker.

    Hi Labman,

Yes, I will just find the file and upload it in my next posting.
