Hello, I've had endless problems with IDR finance, demanding huge amounts of cash to settle an account I once owed to MBNA. No statements issued and no calculations of interest, just endless phone calls. Now they have taken it to court, it has been transferred to my local county court, but I am getting lost in legal jargon, the court date is set for September, can anyone help?

Have you already acknowledged service and stated your intention to defend this claim in full?
You need to give us more information about this account, such as:- Outstanding balance/amount claimed
- Approximate date you took out the card. If on or after 2005, did you apply online?
- When did you default on the card?
- When did you last make a payment?
- Did you ever send a CCA request? If so, what was their response?
- Was this an MBNA card from the start or one they bought from another bank?
- Did you receive a notice of assignment when the debt was sold?
- Did you get a default notice?
- Was there any PPI?
- Any other information that could be useful regarding the history of this account
Would be useful if you could scan or take a picture
