Now gone to home visit so need ro send the piss off letter.

Why waste a stamp on them?

It's unlikely that they'll send anyone and, even if they did, they'd not be able to do anything.

I have emailed a letter combining no doorstep and no phone calls as well as this is with the FOS. Going to waste a 2nd class proof of posting on them ( got the stamps at old prices as I am poor lol) F****** Bankers oops typo there

Well had a reply from Moorcrap, account is on hold pending FOS and they take my allegations against their employee very seriously and will investigate (not holding my breath) So all quiet at the moment

You really couldn't make it up. I have three accounts with these muppets all with slight variations on my name , Jon, Jon (middle initial) and then santander which has my "sunday name". Got a letter from Santander addressed to Jon (middle initial) saying they are investigation. They have no account in that name but hey ho. I suppose it's only like using Rich instead of Richard but still

Oh nothing that I couldn't cope with , I phoned to clarify which debt they had been leaving messages about so that I could deal with it and he started on about the accounts they had with me and that I had had the money so why wasn't I paying it back (including the one that has no CCA) etc and making me out to be some sort of debt dodging scum who was using templates from the internet and didn't know what I was talking about. I would say usual DCA bullying tactics but somehow this seemed worse.

Rather silly of him, wasn't it? I hope you recorded what the Moorcroft employee said as that will stuff him. I'm sure OFT Credit Fitness Team would like to hear any recording(s) you have made of these "conversations", if you can call them that.
