Thanks for your replies ....

Anyway I already post the 'Prove it Letter' to RW & a letter for a copy of default notice to OC. Do I also have to send CCA request letter straight away or wait til they reply back?

Although it is currently with the FOS at the mo, should I tell the RW about it?

Thanks very much .... by the way, I do received a Notice of Assignment & the loan was taken out in 2005
