Your first step would be to write to Lowell, as the CRAs will tell you to contact them in the first instance. You may want to quote them the bits of the ICO guidance notes I mentioned above with regards to assigned debts. If they claim the date is right, ask them to provide you with a copy of the DN and/or statements to prove it, which they won't be able to do. :thumb:
