Hi, i have been recieving parking tickets outside my place of residence for 5-6 years now and have had numerous run ins with bailiffs or debt collectors, My argument is that i asked for a permit in my PCZ and before i recieved it i got a ticket to which i replied i wasnt going to pay due to the fact i was waitingf for my permit. This has now dragged on i was forced to pay 460 today and they want a further 190 a month for the next 4 months to clear the debt. Iv had alot more tickets than what they are charging me for and im expecting that when iv paid this up it will not be the end of it. Im currently awaiting surgery on my right knee and have had 2 ops already and have not been to work for 5 years due to this and i only get £116 a fortnight. Im now also in debt to my da for £460. I was clamped and threatend with a locksmith. Is there any way out of this im a single father who needs his car and i feel iv done nothing wrong. Thanks, Richie
