OK, they are playing hardball by pretending that you cant extend the defence. You can under CPR 15.5.

Right what solicitors are they using? I might be able to persuade them to play nicely in the sandpit with the Litigant in person.

This is exactly what happened on Yugiohs thread, so don't worry, as you say, its just mind games.

was looking about the net regarding this solicitor a lot of bad reviews about them they dont send info out people have requestd and go straight for ccj

okay Celestine got an extension of 30 days and still waiting on ifo i asked for in post 4
think the 30 days are nearly up

I think Cel is away on holiday at the moment. Holidays to me are sacrosanct I would give one of the site team a nudge , they will know if she is contactable
