So if the DCA have obtained the documents - albeit I need to establish their authenticity - and have sent them to me (as in the ones I posted on here) even though it may have taken them 40 plus days to do so, then the debt is enforceable if they have indeed supplied 'true' records?
My recollection is that I sent a CCA request with a £1 cheque as advised on here to which MH replied that they would respond within 40 days, not 14 as I had believed is required.
