  • Civil enforcement ltd taking me to court!!

I received a parking notice from these people for parking too long.

firstly i think it was harsh.

Having looked on the internet i took advice to ignore letters.

Now i have a letter which i attached.

it comes after more than a year after previously ignored letters.

can someone tell me if it looks genuine?

shall i continue to ignore them?

    pls help thanks!!

Go to Pepipoo, an internet forum that specialises in this sort of thing. The claim is genuine as it bears a court stamp. Was there a Pay & Display scheme in operation? If not, my view of this claim is that it is for an unenforceable penalty and is liable to be struck-out. Go to Pepipoo now.

Even if there had been, the alleged damages of £350 seems grossly excessive.

      Go to Pepipoo now.
      Do not pass "GO !"
      Do not collect £200.
