I cleared and payed off my debt with wonga last may, I agreed on a settlement figure which I paid, but my credit file still says £244 out standing and when I call them they keep saying it is still out standing, but when you go through the options when you call them it gives you an option to check balance and pay and when i select that it say no money owing.

I am banging my head against a brick wall, as no one will listen or under stand

Could you get a statement of account from them online and/or hardcopy and furnish the credit agencies with it yourself ? others can maybe advise you better.
