I can not believe the arguments that this has caused there. Had another site team come in and state the correct case and people from both sites I use have been on there putting there two thoughts in. I am convinced it will be closed . I am hoping that the OP is getting redirected to more appropriate forums.
I even notice a third year law student (from here I think) has gone in and shot the bad argument down
