    If youre dealing with Blemain they can be fun indeed. There is a plethora of issues that can be raised in my opinion, unfair terms, charges, unfair relationship, Tom Brennan was a barrister i instructed on behalf of a client in the High Court, he is very good and had some fun with them
    Dont recall it being fun just a waste of time trying to get an appeal authorised costing thousands.

      I dont know who you are, but i assume youre not the person whose case was in the High Court in Exeter before HHJ Cotter QC!!! which is the case i am referring to. Best to check first before making oneself look silly

        No the person with the High Court case in Manchester with an Appeal laughed out of court due to the Appeal points not being raised at the original trial. So no I am not the one looking silly.

          well im afraid i disagree, as like i said i was referring to an entirely different case.
