  • Court Action

If a DCA knows you dont own your own home have no assets and are living on jsa is it in there best intrests to seek court action against you?

Surely if theres not as much money as there looking for to be had ie no big lump sum monthly payments just a £1 a month from my jsa taking me too court could be expensive for them.

    Re: Court Action

DCAs don't follow any logic and are without reason, so you can't predict anything.

They won't necessarily succeed in court action anyway. If you provide full details of the problem we can advise further.
