Just a quick thanks to those who know their stuff on here. Was getting pestered all day every day since last October by motormile. 8-9 texts a day stating someone was going to arrive un-announced if i didn't get in touch, 3 emails per day to the same effect and phonecalls sometimes hitting double figures,all this after I had agreed to their original offer of repayment. Anyway, I copied the template letter from these forums regards withdrawal of implied right of access and mailed it to the relevant department at motormile and since the letter was signed for I have had no more contact, no mails, no calls and no texts, such a relief. Thanks again.
