  • Debt Collection Agencies behaving badly!

    Dear All

this is my first post. I am trying to help friends. Henderson Booth Snell have been dealing with the case that has been to court and they appear to have not revealed payments by the joint mortgagee, which undermined their defence of time bar. Are there any rules they have to follow on debts going back to the early nineties, which a person has considered resolved long ago. There are a lot of other issues and we need help. We are trying everything and are writing a case to the Court of Appeal but have no money. The case of BOS and Mark Whiteside looks relevant does anyone have a copy of that.

This is a real plea for help. I am a new user of this and any site like it and hope that I am using the service you kindly offer properly.

    Regards to all
