  • N245/eversheds solicitors...need advice

I currently have a debt of £13,000 re a bank loan with the Natwest bank. I consolidated all my debts with Baines & Ernst. EVERSHEDS solicitors now want to issue me a notification of charging order against my property to secure the debt although i have been paying them every month. I have been sent a N245 form by Baines & Ernst to return to the courts re a variation order ? I have no idea what this is for and need advice re filling out the N245 form.

    Thanks

I've just replied on your other thread. I think you'll get more help if you keep everything on one post, so I've put a link to the other one here:
