    Overcharged-on Redemption of a charging order

    I owed some money to a pub company for a business debt I had.

    This company took a charging order on my property and asked for a payment of £630.15 per month-subsequently I sold my house- but the company wanted 10k before they would release their charge-which was way over the original debt and what was owed- this happened in 2006- Is it too late to do anything about it?
