I have fallen a bit behind with my payments. Can anyone answer the following questions.
They say they are going to have to remove goods. Can they just do that.

I have two small payments left on an expensive tv can they reclaim it.

I have been a regular payer for some three years.
    Thanks.

    Hi there
I am not too sure on how these matters are dealt with and am sure someone will be along soon to help you all they can with some useful advice for you, and your next steps from here.
So are they basically saying bailiffs?

If so read some info on the link below, to see if there are any related articles to your case, and hopefully someone will be along soon today to help you. Good luck with this.

BrightHouse cannot legally remove (re-possess) them until they have:

        a) Issued you with a default notice (in writing)
        b) Given you an opportunity to put matters right (at least 14 days)
        c) Applied for (and been granted) a court order

If you are that close to the end of the agreement,it's also worth mentioning another of their little tricks. Are you aware that when you have made ALL you payments, you need to write within 30 days to exercise your right to have title of your TV passed to you? If you don't, it is still theirs and they will expect it to be returned.

As said, it'sin the T&C's. HOWEVER - it isn't there's as long as you do what I've said above and write immediately after your last payment to exercise your right to have title (ownership) passed to you. Make sure you do! They are a horrible company, but provide a service for people who can't get credit elsewhere.
