    Update

    Well despite MMF's Barry Ellershaw writing to me and telling me " I can confirm that we have now removed your contact telephone numbers and email address from our records"

    I received an email today offering 3 x Christmas Special Options and all I need to do is pay a £25 holding fee by credit or debit card to allow me to choose one of the 3 Christmas Special Options..... Yes, I will give you my credit/debit card details MMF, perhaps proving my liability to the alleged debt should be option 4!

      Motormouth have sent me a copy of the alleged Credit Agreements however the agreements is not dated. Does this make the agreement unenforceable?

      Motormouth are claiming that the outstanding balance is £192.00

      Loan £150
      Interest £37.50
      Failed Direct Debit Fee £12.50
      Default Interest £30.00
      Sub Total £229.50

      - Payment £37.50

      Current Balance £192.00

      I have already offered to repay £150 over 12 months. Motormouth have accepted my 12 month repayment plan, however they are still demanding £192.00

      Can anyone offer me any advice regarding the credit agreement (undated) and should I stick to my £150 offer?

        "Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin.
