  • Lowell court case

    Militant
can I PM you with a skeleton brief as the potted history requested. Last minute tips as to which areas to focus on would be useful for next weeks court case? I have already served papers on Lowell and entered with the courts so I cant change too much. I have also registered complaint about Lowell's conduct seperately. I am even considering whether to send evidence to the CPS as I beleive some of their actions are unlawful.
    Cheers

Before sending anything to CPS, you need to ensure you have sufficient evidence to have a realistic prospect of securing a conviction (currently 51% or more) and if it is anything of a criminal nature, it needs to be reported to the police. I am a retired police officer and would be happy to take a look at Lowells' conduct for you.
