You emailed Barnaby Page so should at least have had a response off him. IMHO it will do no harm to quote their ref no. in your reply

                        Thank you for your recent email dated 21 November regarding your account with us.

                        I understand your concernto be that you would like to revoke your doorstep license as you feel it is harassment an agent calling at your property.

                        In relation to your notification of your revocation of the doorstep license regarding our intention to send an agent to your home to discuss the debt.                                 They are still talking bullshot about MAY get a CCJ and WE will ultimately nstruct a County Court bailiff. It seems to me they realise the writing is on the wall for their bully boy tactics. Poor Mike their roving or should that be raving doorstep supremo could be seeking alternative employment.supremo
