Has anyone had any dealings with Experto?

I have received a text saying they have sent me a letter but i keep all my paperwork for years so would know if they had, yet i have no record of their letter.

Sounds like Phishing to me. How did they get your number? Were you expecting anything from Experto? Have you had dealings with Welcome and if so do Welcome have you modile number? Have you had anything to say a debt has been assigned to a DCA?

I do have a loan with Welcome but have not heard from them for quite a while but we are currently investigating the PPI they sold us on our loan which they now say doesn't exist and if it did its the broker that set it up not them.

Never heard of Experto and not had any notification from them or Welcome saying our loan has been assigned to debt collection.

Many suspicious issues surrounding our loan that still need looking into when i can find the time, i just wondered if anyone knew of Experto and what to expect from them.
