  • DMP, debts being sold on!!

Hi, would like some advice please. Have a DMP with a company called Gregory Pennington, have had this plan for over a year, never missed a payment. The problem is a couple of my debts keep getting passed from debt agency to debt agency. This means the calls start again with regularity, I explain about the DMP ask them to write to me and the forward the mail to GP as I am supposed to. I am supposed to be debt free in 5 years, can't see how this will be possible because when I am contacted the original amount never seems to go down, in fact it is higher with interest.

When I looked at my credit file last week I found that I am being searched 2-3 times a month by a company called Lowells. To my knowledge they do not own any of my debts so why are they searching me and how do I stop it?

Why do my creditors keep selling on my debts when there is a payment schedule in place is this permitted and if it is will I ever be out of debt?

    Thank you
