Thanks for the comment - but surely the Court's Order would take preference over the lender's (non) action? It it unambigous and unconditional.
In effect I was evicted as the property was empty - they certainly would not have allowed me to stay there!
This is what I am trying to determine - whether the court order is Final and unambigous and unconditional (ie Lender has possession after fiven date) OR whether that order has to be followed by further action by the lender?? (which would seem odd if it was not stated on the possession order).
